When a building reaches a certain height, its iconic presence is already achieved. The building must go beyond its height or superficial ‘crown’, and explore its real potential.
This project explores the idea of a special HQ zone on top of the building. This zone expands horizontally aiming to become a sort of new ground to house an HQ city. The top becomes a typology different from the tower. Could we explore different and more effective strategies for its sustainability?

Special high floors, each providing 7300sqm of usable space, perform like a campus, almost a city in the sky. This exceptional condition allows us to explore more effective sustainable strategies.
