Ewelina Tereszczenko /Associate
Prior to joining RAD Ewelina was involved in international workshops for the Interreg-project Rekula (Restructuring Cultural Landscape) in Germany and Poland. This project was a study in advancing the economic, social, cultural and territorial collaboration in Europe. Ewelina undertook these studies for her diploma work, which was based on the shrinking cities problem.
After graduation, Ewelina worked with Grimshaw Architects in London on transport projects such as Stansted Generation 2 as well as the winning competition for Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg.
At RAD, Ewelina is both a design architect and a team leader for several RAD civic, art, commercial and lifestyle projects. These include the Jeonju University Student Center and library in Korea, a proposal for the Nabi Arts centre in Seoul, Korea, and more recently public interior spaces for the SK HQ in Shanghai. Lifestyle projects include a poet’s hotel in Hangzhou (which won the APIDA Gold Award), business hotels for the TATA group in India and more recently Le Meridien hotel in Hangzhou.
Ewelina has been exploring problem-solving that starts with the people and ends with tailored solutions.
